SUMMER HAIR ROUTINE

Who else spends all summer outside?? Today I’m sharing my summer hair routine that will keep your locks healthy allll season! I love an easy routine in the summer because I’m always on the go & these products are simple and can easily be thrown in your bag or suitcase!

If you’re going to invest in any haircare this summer, THIS IS IT! This leave in treatment is great for all hair types & is affordable. It protects hair color with UVA & UVB filters AND prevents chlorine & sun damage! I couldn’t believe how hydrated & manageable my hair was after the first use! It’s also great for detangling, offers heat protectant & strengthens fragile hair.

I use this on damp hair & apply mid shaft – ends. I love that it has so many benefits but it’s just one easy product to apply! 

I also use KEVIN.MURPHY HYDRATE-ME.WASH & HYDRATE-ME.RINSE during the summer months to keep my hair moisturized & silky. It’s cleansing but also gentle enough for my lightened hair & makes it feel amazing! This shampoo is ideal for normal/dry colored hair. TIP: I ONLY shampoo my scalp & ONLY condition my ends. Your scalp holds the most dirt/oils & your shampoo will run through the ends enough to cleanse it, your ends are usually drier than your new growth so they need conditioned the most! This will also save you product!
It’s infused with Kakadu Plum which is rich in Vitamin C & can provide some free-radical protection which will benefit the hair & scalp. This duo is also sulphate & paraben free!

This one isn’t hair related but everyone needs a good sunscreen this summer! I am a sunscreen freak so I love how lightweight this is & it does not clog pores.  It’s great for all skin types & it’s Antioxidant blend provides anti-aging benefits!
