I spent my birthday in Nashville doing some shopping at Nordstrom during triple points! It was a short trip & our flight ended up being cancelled so we drove.. not the most fun! We have been to Nashville a few times & it’s one of our favorite places to visit so I’m rounding up some of our favorite spots for you guys!
where to stay
Omni Nashville Hotel – I love the Omni! We stayed here the last time we visited & it did not disappoint! It is so nice & super close to everything downtown. It’s across from Music City Center & the hotel is actually integrated with the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum.
Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center – This hotel is seriously an EXPERIENCE! We have stayed here multiple times & it’s so fun! It’s a short drive to the downtown but there’s also so much to do inside the hotel. There’s shopping, restaurants, indoor gardens & an indoor river! This hotel is definitely one of my favorites during Christmas, it’s decorated SO beautifully!
where to eat
Proper Bagel – This little bagel shop is SO cute & super instagramable. It’s located on Belmont Blvd & everything we tried was amazing as you can see below! They have Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches, Bagels with Custom Cream Cheese & so much more!
FGL House – I am not the biggest country music/FGL fan but the FGL House was super cool! This was the first time we had eaten there & only stopped for light appetizers but everything was delicious! It’s located in downtown Nashville & has an amazing rooftop and basement lounge.
Nordstrom Grill – We spent a majority of this trip at Nordstrom so we actually ate at the Nordstrom Grill twice! (lol) Their food was seriously so good & it worked out perfectly because we just went back upstairs & continued shopping! Their Crab Macaroni & Cheese was the best I’ve ever had!
WHAT TO DO
Shopping –I love the Mall at Green Hills! They have over 100 stores including some Luxury Brands. I originally went to this mall last year during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale in search of the color block Topshop Cardigan & I fell in love!
Visit Opryland or The Country Music Hall of Fame – I have done neither but my mom has visited both & said it’s definitely something to experience while in Nashville!
Broadway St – There is so much to do on Broadway! Shopping, Eating, Drinking, etc. It’s exactly what I expected Nashville to be like!
I know there’s so much more to do but this is just a few things we experienced & really enjoyed! Our trip this time was so short & got slightly jumbled around with the snow storm & our cancelled flights! I would love to hear your recommendations because I’m sure we will be going back!
