FALL HAIR + EVERYTHING I USE!

So many of you guys have been asking hair questions lately so I figured I would wrap it all up into one post! Today I’ll be sharing everything I use, how to use it & where to get it! 

I recently had my 20″ Halo Couture Tape-In extensions installed! I am wearing around 4 packs of 16″-20″ extensions that were custom colored + cut by Lizzie at Studio H.  Before this I was wearing about 4 packs of 16″ that were all over blonde. We ordered my longer extensions & Lizzie added a lowlight to deepen my color for fall! 
For anyone interested in extensions, the process it is so quick & easy! You would see your stylist for a consultation & then set up an installation appointment. The installation takes about an hour which includes a cut + style. Your stylist will Re-Tape your extensions about every 6-8 weeks after your hair has grown out!

One of my most frequently asked questions is “What shampoo & conditioner do you use?” & the answer is always KEVIN.MURPHY!
I have been using KM for almost a year & my hair has never been healthier! Studio H is a KEVIN.MURPHY salon so my hair is also colored with KM!
All KEVIN.MURPHY products contain natural ingredients & are sulfate, paraben & cruelty free. I’m currently using the YOUNG.AGAIN system because it’s soo good for extensions! Below I’m breaking down EVERYTHING I use on my hair!

IN SHOWER PRODUCTS

YOUNG.AGAIN WASH + RINSE
I only wash my hair about once a week, using the wash on my scalp only & rinse on mid-ends only. 

 BLONDE.ANGEL.WASH
I use this purple shampoo between my wash & rinse to eliminate any yellow tones in my blonde! I use this every wash since I only wash once a week & I use it throughout all my hair, not just my scalp! 

YOUNG.AGAIN.MASQUE
About once a month I use this treatment on my hair to help keep my extensions healthy & manageable. It makes them soo soft & gives them a deep conditioning! Use this after your wash + before rinse.

STYLING PRODUCTS

ELEVEN AUSTRALIA MIRACLE HAIR TREATMENT
This product has so many benefits & I’ve posted about it so many times! It basically does everything & I apply it to my towel dried hair before blowdrying.

R+CO TROPHY 
After drying I use Trophy on each section as a heat protectant
before styling. 

SESSION.SPRAY
SESSION.SPRAY is a buildable hairspray I use on each section after curling. I normally hate hairspray but this is sooo light that it can be easily brushed through while still providing hold! 

YOUNG.AGAIN
I use this oil on after styling to moisturize my ends & smooth any flyaways. It’s super lightweight & won’t leave your hair looking greasy! 

BEDROOM.HAIR
I love using BEDROOM.HAIR a few days after my wash to fluff up my curls again! It helps lock in shape for longer lasting curls! 

​FRESH.HAIR
This is my favorite dry shampoo EVER! You spray it on your part line & let it sit for a few seconds before using a towel to actually remove the dirt & oils! It’s not white or powdery & doesn’t leave any residue on your hair! I love using this with BEDROOM.HAIR for a total refresh!

We rotate through a few different irons to curl my hair & usually only use a wet brush on my wet + dry hair!
