INGREDIENTS –

1 cup butter on margarine – melted

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup rolled oats

1 1/3 cups powdered sugar

1 cup protein powder

1 cup creamy peanut butter

CHOCOLATE TOPPING –

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS –

Combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, oats, powdered sugar, protein powder + peanut butter into a large mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together + press the dough into a pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips + 1/2 cup of peanut butter for 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each. Pull dough from the freezer + top with melted chocolate, spread evenly. Set in the refrigerator/freezer for 1-2 hours. Store in the refrigerator for softer bars + freezer for slightly more solid bars. Slice + enjoy!

I’m 5’6″ and I normally wear a size small + a size 25/26 in jeans. I usually refer to footwear as “TTS” which stands for “True To Size” if I went with my normal size!

Sizing + Quality: For the coat I went with my regular size small, I normally prefer to wear my coats a little bigger/oversized mainly because if not, they don’t fit my arms! The small fit perfectly with a bulky sweater underneath. Avec Les Filles coats are always amazing so when I saw this it was an instant add to cart moment!

I went with an XS in the Free People sweater, their sweaters normally run large but if you wanted to wear this as a tunic/dress I would go 2 sizes up!

Zella Leggings usually run TTS! I went with my regular size small. If you haven’t already heard the hype about Zella Leggings – they’re very comparable to Lululemon and they’re half the price! Right now they’re on sale for $39!

Free People Swim Too Deep Turtleneck Sweater | Good American Good Classic High Waist Jeans | P448 John Low Top Sneakers

Sizing + Quality: Same Free People Sweater from above, size XS. One of my favorite brands included in the nsale!

I went with a size 2 in these Good American Jeans. Online it showed sizes 0-12 run large & I’m normally a size 0 in GA jeans but after trying both on, the 2 was definitely a better fit! I’ve loved all my other GA jeans so I was so excited to see this fit/style on sale! You could easily dress this look up by switching out the sneakers for a pair of heels!

These P448 Sneakers run TTS and they are SO cute + comfortable! They are one of my favorite purchases from this sale, I wasn’t familiar with P448 before this year but now I’m obsessed. I’m even trying to convince FT he needs the mens version of them!

BB Dakota x Steve Madden Adelaide Long Sleeve Sweater Dress | BankNYC Plaid Shirt Jacket | Treasure & Bond Heidi Over The Knee Boot

Sizing + Quality: For this long sleeve sweater dress I went with my regular size small + it fits perfect! It’s also SO comfortable.

I also took a small in the Plaid Shirt Jacket but if you want an oversized fit, I suggest going up a size! I love BlankNYC so I was excited to see them come out with a shacket!

These Treasure & Bond OTK boots are my new favs + they run TTS. They feel very durable for a boot that’s on sale for under $100 and they also come in grey + a darker brown!

BP Boyfriend Plaid Button-Up Shirt | Zella Live In High Waist Leggings | Similar Combat Boots

Sizing + Quality: I picked up a BP. Plaid Shirt a few months ago and they’re super oversized so I went with an XS. I’m thinking I might go back for a medium too so I can wear it as a tunic/dress. These are some of my favorite plaid shirts ever, they’re so soft + really good quality!

I’m wearing the same Zella Leggings here as mentioned above (size small) + I found some SUPER similar combat boots that are included in the sale!

Cult Gaia Meta Slide Sandal

Sizing + Quality: I almost screamed when I saw Cult Gaia heels included in the sale this year! I love all their items even though they are definitely a splurge, these are still $299 with the 30% off but I’ve always wanted a pair and I like to think of the nsale as my Christmas hahaha. As soon as I opened the box I could feel how well made the shoe is and after trying them on, I was glad I pulled the trigger on them! They run TTS, my regular size fit like a glove.

Hi babes! I’ve been talking about sharing this post for awhile but I wanted to wait until I was completely finished with all 6 sessions of laser before I shared EVERYTHING you need to know!! This post is a little personal but I had to share with you guys because I realized after talking to a few friends that my issues/reasoning for laser were much more common than I thought & I’m more than happy to give a little TMI if it helps any of you feel more comfortable in your own skin like it did for me! Let’s get started!

I had my laser done at Ciao Med Spa here in Celina, I did my bikini line which includes everything that is visible when you’re wearing a bikini! I chose to do it because I have always struggled with the worst bumps, it didn’t matter if I waxed or shaved or what products I used, it was always so irritated. EMBARRASSING! One day when I was getting a wax at Ciao we were discussing the issue, they suggested laser & I was all for it because I was thinking ahead to right now when we were supposed to be at Coachella. There was no possible way I could have worn a bodysuit/swimsuit even with a sheer coverup and I was seriously dreading outfit shopping, which is so not me!! ? I payed for my 6 sessions upfront & booked my appointment before leaving that day!

I was instructed to shave the morning of the appointment & I was honestly SO nervous! I arrived, did my paperwork & we jumped right into it! The entire session took maybe 10 minutes max. The pain was totally bearable but there were a few rough spots. I was expecting much worse! I immediately noticed improvement in the weeks following my first appointment & by session 3 or 4 I was already so satisfied with the results! My hair was barely growing, the irritation/discoloration were probably 70% better.

Around that time is when I chose to invest in a few cult favorite products that are great to use with all hair removal methods – not just laser!

1. PFB Vanish + Chromabright – I actually purchased this before I started laser but didn’t use it consistently until after, I think it significantly helped with my hyperpigmentation/dark spots when used in combination with the laser treatments!
2. Fur Oil – I started using this about halfway through my laser treatments like I mentioned above, I did notice a difference when shaving before treatments & my skin was so much softer!
3. Fur Ingrown Concentrate – Throughout my treatments & still after I will get the occasional ingrown but NOTHING compared to what it was like before!! I use the Fur Ingrown Concentrate now as sort of a spot treatment!
4. The Billie Razor – I always thought a razor was just a razor until I tried the Billie Razor!!! It really does live up to the hype, my skin feels so much better after using it & I don’t absolutely dread shaving anymore like I used to!
5. Billie Shave Cream – When I purchased my razor kit I added on the shave cream & it really is the ultimate shave duo!

I believe using these products in addition to my laser treatments made a world of difference for me! I’m not kidding when I say I couldn’t wear a bikini in public before these treatments & now I’m 100% confident and so happy in my own skin! Did it hurt? This was the question I received the most so I figured I would throw it in here again! It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be, I think it feels like individual little hot needles poking you but it goes by so quickly!

What is the post care like? No excessive heat, hot tubs/saunas/baths for a few days but other than that you can resume to life as normal!

How do you know if you’re a candidate for laser? Your hair has to be dark! The laser can’t detect light/blonde hair. You can consult a laser technician to confirm you meet all the requirements!

How much does it cost? To be completely honest with you guys, I believe it was around $500. You can also pay per treatment which would come out to a little over $80 a session!

I’m highly considering doing laser on my legs/underarms after my experience with the bikini line & I would 1000% recommend laser to anyone that is considering it!

I think we allll could use a little self care right now, am I right?! Today I’m sharing my highly requested updated skincare routine with you all. I’ve searched high & low for products that work for me & so far this combo has done wonders for my skin! Before we dive in I’ll share a little background – my skin is typically pretty normal/occasionally a little dry. As for my diet, I normally eat whatever I want (ya girl loves carbssss) but I do usually avoid sugar! I also get a monthly hydrafacial at my local medspa &  if you follow along on insta you know I SWEAR by them! Read on for my entire at home AM + PM routine! 

The first part of my routine starts in the shower! Every morning I cleanse with my Skinmedica AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser, it’s super gentle & so refreshing! About 1-3 times per week I follow with my Zo Skin Health Dual Action Scrub. I normally focus this on my T-zone because that’s where my skin gets the most congested.

Post shower I love to go a little overboard on the hydration, especially this time of year! I always start with my eye products, layering the La Mer Lifting Eye Serum over top of their Eye Balm Intense! I’ve seen such a significant improvement in my undereye area since using this duo! For the face, I use Skinmedica’s HA5 followed by Zo Skin Health Power Defense. I’ve been using HA5 for a few years now & it’s by farrrr my favorite product in my arsenal! Hyaluronic acid has so many benefits including immediate hydration & improved appearance of skin texture! If I’m applying makeup after my skincare I will apply this Zo Skin Health Pore Refiner to my T-zone, I always thought a pore refiner was just an unnesecary extra step UNTIL I tried this! It’s the real deal!!

I normally finish off with a quick swipe of chapstick – recently Aquaphor Lip Repair has been my go-to! I didn’t use chapstick very much at all until I got lip filler (full video on filler here) since then, I don’t go anywhere without chapstick! 

At the end of each day I always wipe my face off with these makeup wipes – whether I’m wearing makeup or not. After that I use my Zo Skin Health Complexion Renewal Pads – these have been a GAME CHANGER in my routine! They help remove all the extra dirt/makeup/debris that your makeup wipes miss. Next, I apply a small amount of the Zo Skin Health Retinol over my entire face – I normally use this every night because it’s only 0.5% & it doesn’t irritate my skin. Retinol helps fight acne, reduce wrinkles & stimulate collagen! I always follow my retinol with a moisturizer – I love this Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Overnight Hydrating Masque because it’s so lightweight & absorbs quickly!

Last, if I have any breakouts I spot treat them with the Zo Skin Health Aknetrol which is 10% benzoyl peroxide. I always apply this SO sparingly because I have given myself a little chemical burn with it, but it’s seriously the best acne treatment I’ve tested!

Glow360 HA/H20 – Another hyaluronic acid product I love! This one is thicker so I use this when I feel like I need a little extra moisture!
