I recently tried the new Fenty Beauty Foundation & Match Sticks so I’m sharing my first impression & opinions! I ordered the Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation in the shade 260 & the Match Stick Trio in the shade Medium 200. The packaging is so cute, I love the soft pink trend.
When I received it the foundation looked to be close in color to the Dior foundation I’ve been using recently but after applying it, it was actually a lot darker than it looked in the bottle! I regularly order foundations online & I normally can match them decently well, but the 260 was fine after getting a spray tan. I like the consistency & texture of the foundation but it seemed a little drying after wearing a full face all day!

Fenty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation in shade 260/ Diorskin Forever Perfect Foundation in Almond Beige.
The Match Sticks were cute, I love that they’re magnetic! I wasn’t super into the any of the shimmer colors but I thought I would give them a try. The contour stick is definitely my favorite, it goes on darker but is easy to blend out for a natural look. I buffed mine out with my KKW brush because that’s all I’ve been using lately! The highlight & shimmer sticks didn’t seem to go on as well as the contour did for me and I was expecting more of a glow from the shimmer stick.

Overall I like the quality of the products but I just don’t think the shades/tones are for me! What have you tried from the Fenty Beauty line & what are your opinions on the products?
I personally have not tried it yet but I’ve heard mixed reviews about the fenty line, hope I can try it soon!
