I’ve recently switched up my hair & skincare routine trying out some new products that I could share with you all. I usually hear about a product from friends or makeup classes, make a list of what I want to test out first/second/last and go from there. I make the list to refrain from buying them all at one time like I wish I could but then that would be like the entire Sephora store, plus it gives me the chance to actually try them one at a

time to see how they work or what I like/dislike about them.
My first product on the list is the Peter Thomas Roth Therapeutic Sulfur Masque, I purchased this from Sephora after a recommendation from a friend who heard about it from Morgan Stewart. (Yes, I love her as much as I love Kylie) But anyway, I like products that I can feel working.. or that I think I can feel working and this is definitely one of them.
With 10% Sulfur this masque is supposed to dry and clear acne and it has for me, It suggests applying to affected areas but I obviously slather it all over my entire face so I can feel all my little acne bumps burning away and my face so snatched that its like someone is pulling your pony tail off your head. I would consider my skin normal/dry and I can use this once a week without it drying my skin at all. It is a little pricey but it will last you FOR EVER, this photo is after I’ve used it on my full face 3 times. You can always

ask for a sample at Sephora or go in on it with a friend because it would for sure be enough for 2!

Next on my list is the EMK Beverly Hills Rescue Serum. I have noticed a significant decrease in the redness & discoloration around the scar on my chin after using this for only a couple weeks. I’m amazed that it has helped my scar after 5 years and going through multiple products without seeing change. My skin also feels smoother and appears more radiant after using this. It is designed to prevent and repair UV damage which is what hooked me instantly because I’m so protective of my skin.

I will definitely be purchasing more after I run through this one. I will also be trying more of EMK BH products (after I save up my next 7 paychecks.) But it’s worth it!

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Moisturizer – I first heard about this product at Hrush Achemyan’s Bare to Bold class last year and I’ve been wanting to try it since. I haven’t until now because I hate ordering things online, I always want them immediately. So when I saw a Kiehl’s in the Philadelphia airport last week, I had to stop and grab some. I’ve already used it on 3 clients under their makeup, I love the texture and the softness it gives under foundation. I also got a bottle for

myself and it is extremely thick so you only have to use about a dime sized drop but it goes on so lightweight and does’t leave you feeling greasy, I’ve been using it at night after cleansing and before I apply my makeup.

Last on the skin list is the Hempz Sweet Pineapple & Honey Melon Herbal Body Moisturizer. I usually always use Hempz and when I got this scent at the Nashville Fashion Focus show I was IN LOVE. It smells so good and I love Hempz because it’s not as thick and creamy feeling as other body moisturizers. I like to apply moisturizer and still be able to feel it after, it’s light and silkier but delivers the moisture I like.. for the longest time I hated all lotions because my

hands & feet sweat excessively all. the. time. Since I’ve gotten older the sweating has slowed slightly, so when they aren’t sweating they’re bone dry. I always joke that I use so much moisturizer on my hands & feet to make myself feel like they’re sweating since that’s all I’m used to! This moistuizer plus a humidifier at night is my favorite.
