Hi babes! I’m so excited to share this hair tutorial with you today! Read on to see how to recreate this glam ponytail using KEVIN.MURPHY products!
1. Start with dirty hair – my hair was on day 5 for this pony!
I only wash my hair once a week (read more about my washing routine here)
Your pony will hold better if your hair isn’t freshly washed & if you need a little dry shampoo you can apply it at the roots which will also help create volume!

2. Since my hair was on day 5 here, it was previously curled with this iron!
I applied KEVIN.MURPHY BEDROOM.HAIR all over in short bursts to create a more lived in/texturized look. It adds the perfect amount of texture without making
your hair feel sticky or gritty!

3. Tease as desired then use an elastic to put your hair in a low ponytail. (I use these)
Use your fingers to create volume at the root & to pull out face framing pieces!

4. Take a strand of hair from the bottom of your ponytail & wrap it around your hair tie, use a bobby pin to secure the end of the hair strand under your ponytail!
5. Finish with KEVIN.MURPHY SESSION.SPRAY to smooth any fly away hairs & to keep your pony extra secure! I also use KEVIN.MURPHY YOUNG.AGAIN to moisturize & smooth the ends of the pony & to polish off your finished look!
